Our mission at BETHEL STUDENTS is to Glorify God through making disciples who make disciples. We want to see students live out their lives on fire for Jesus in community with other believers. Our hope is that students lives are changed by Jesus, challenged by the Word and that they feel cared for when they come out to Bethel Students.

Each week on Wednesday night we gather together for a time of community with other students. Our Jr. High students (grade 6 to grade 8) meet at 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm and our Sr. High students (grade 9 -grade 12) meet at 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Each night is structure the same for our students with different variations for Jr. High and Sr. High.

For Jr. High their night starts with a time to hangout and play games where they can meet new people interact with those that consistently come out or just chill and chat with a leader Then the evening moves into a time of worship through music in the loft and teaching time of God’s word where they will join the Sr. High in one large group. We then split off into age and gender appropriate small groups with volunteer leaders. This time is where they can discuss what has been happening in their lives how God is prompting them and what they have seen as a struggle for each student.

For Sr. High the night begins with worship and teaching in a large group setting joined by the Jr. High students. They will then split off into age and gender appropriate small groups and their night closes off with hangout time in the gym with games or chill time in the loft where they can connect with leaders and friends.

Overall we want Bethel to be a place that a strong community of students is created to impact our local community of Strathroy and the world beyond.
